Speaker:Oh, you guys have just learned about my incredible guest today, city is in the house. So happy you're here with us.
Siddhi Shakti:Hello.
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: Hello, hello, welcome, welcome. Oh, what a treat it is to have you with us today. You know you've got extensive experience in a big variety of modalities, and you know, as I have gotten to know you over the last couple months, I just have loved, loved, loved, just being in your presence with your grace. You just have such a grace to you. And so I'm so grateful that our audience gets to feel and be receivers of that beautiful grace. And so why don't you start us off by sharing, how did you find the grace? How did you get to doing this incredible soul light work that you are doing?
Siddhi Shakti:Well, it's a surprise to me that my life has kind of reached this point and the work that I'm doing now, because I when I was a kid, like I had, I had no idea, you know, like when I went to university, and I just, I was a bit lost. I did a computing degree, and I've never used I've never used it, and I ended up on this journey of living in different countries, and I had a career in arts, the arts for a while in production, working in opera companies and then marketing in London and back in Sydney, at the Opera House, and then a corporate job. And I was in my 30s by that point and just going, what am I doing? You know, I was, I remember very clearly one day just actually taking myself into a meeting room and closing the door and going, I can't imagine doing this for another 30 years, like, and I was almost, I was almost a bit unwell, like I've been taking myself to a naturopath and things, because there was something that was just wasn't right, you know. But I was thinking it was a physical thing, but it was, it was probably my soul speaking to me, going, come on, remember, wake up, there's there's more, there's more, and you're meant to be doing other things. And so in that, in that whole process of trying to figure out what was coming on, I'd been, I'd actually been reading lots of books on meditation and spirituality and metaphysics and all sorts of things, which, like, it was great. I was a consumer of books, but it didn't change me because I wasn't actually doing, you know? I wasn't sitting to meditate or to connect, but I was reading a lot about it, you know. And then I'd go back to my life going, Well, I still feel pretty unfulfilled somehow. Oh, at that time I went, I was seeing another practitioner for something, and they said, why don't you come along to this event that's happening in a couple of weeks time, and there's a teacher that is leading that. And it was, it was interesting because another friend in that same week mentioned this same teacher to me. Wow, it's I'd read enough books to kind of go that's not a coincidence. So anyway, I go along and I'm overwhelmed by this energy of the music and meditation and the uplift that everyone and I was a bit suspicious of it because I was so closed in myself, you know, so shut off and untrusting that I was like, well, there's part of me that's been full. Old to this. And there's another part going hang on a minute. Are these crazy people, you know? So anyway, eventually my soul pulls me into this experience, and it starts this whole unfolding and a shift in my life, which led to a really intense period of studying with that spiritual teacher, learning a modality of energy, healing, which just blew my world open, and the capacity to tune inwards and to sense energy, not just to help my own sense of connection, but then eventually to work with other people and to help them and and to see the the results, where they'd be, wow, that I feel different. I became really different.
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: I was in a state of surprise, like, oh,
Siddhi Shakti:that this flow of energy is there and available to us when we tune in, you know. And not to say that that was anything special to me, because, as you know, we all have the gift, but it's just, do we? Do we choose to cultivate and tune into that so. So that's where the spiritual name came from. The Siddhi Shakti was something that came through that teacher as a means of helping to bring forth other energies, higher or different elements of of soul energy, to be able to live into that more really, to call forth more of that in me, it's something that you know has been used in Other traditions too, you know, to maybe signify leaving, maybe more egoic parts of self to step into a higher aspect of uniform. Yeah, that was the beginning. And then then the unfolding of that, the deep personal growth, the letting go of who you thought you were, to really step into more of what the calling is, and that light of the soul wanting to express and so that's where the name came from. Because even the energy of the the healing is coming from the soul realm, really, and the higher dimension of the infinite,
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: I love that you've named it the soul light, because, you know, there was this video going around, and it was showing the moment of conception, the moment that the sperm enters the egg, which I'm sure you've seen, and a flash of light is emitted in that moment we are in existence from light. And so I think it's such a beautiful way to bring us back to our own light, right, to remember we are light itself.
Siddhi Shakti:Yes, totally. And we've slowed our frequency down to come into this density of experience. But really, the return is the the the revealing of that light.
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: Oh, the return is the revealing of that light. Oh, that landed in my spirit there. Thank you for that. So as you went on this journey, first, I've got it. I want to bring this to the service, because as you were speaking, you're like, Yeah, this other friend had brought up this teacher, and then this other friends bring in this teacher. And so I knew I had to go on the path. And I love that spirit called you into that, because had you not chosen to go to that one event, do you know what I mean? It's like that decision to go to that one event, like, changed everything. And I think so often, you know, people will say, though, like, how do I know when spirit's calling me? And I'll say, Well, did something show up more than once? Because that's usually a sign, like, if it's coming again and again, even if it only comes a couple times. Usually it takes us three or four. Though most people, for you, it only took you two tribes. But you know, I remind people that there's these spiritual breadcrumbs that are left for us, and so you listen to those spiritual breadcrumbs, and it's not always easy to listen to those breadcrumbs, right? For sometimes it doesn't make that much logical sense. Sometimes it's taking us way out of our comfort zone. And as you said, you know, you're like, am I with really brilliant people or crazy people? Like, you know, who am I with here, right? And so I'm so delighted that you listened to that. What was your experience, though, as you started to lean in, I'm curious to know, because you said you were falling away from those egoic thoughts. And you know, some of those pieces that are probably telling you this is weird, and who's going to want to do this, or whatever the stories were, what's your process in like getting that ego or having those ego deaths, you know, if you will, what does that look like for you? And how do you move through that when those. Because that thinking brain comes in and it's just like it wants to take over.
Siddhi Shakti:Oh god, you know, I think I've made it so hard for myself because, because I've been such a logical in my mind kind of person. Wow, yeah, guidance really comes through the heart. You know, when you can drop in more to the the wisdom that's speaking to you from your heart center and your feeling center, and the mind is always going to come up with the great reasons why you shouldn't and you're not going to be safe, and that's crazy. And can we drop into our our feeling nature, the whole release, you know, letting go of layers of ego, I think, has been really tricky, because sometimes it's so sneaky, and sometimes that's why having, you know, a community of support or teachers and you know people that maybe greater level of perspective and insight can offer a little bit of a tip and say, have you looked at it from this angle? Maybe you're a bit caught in your judgments, or your you know your victim, or any of those things where we we lose ourselves and we're so convinced that we are right everybody else. And, oh, yes, that's really not an accurate perception of what's really happening, you know, but we're stuck. So I had a lot of help and help otherwise. And as you would be aware, too, it's a constant unfolding, isn't it, because there's more layers and there's great expansion, yeah, and, we can get freaked into thinking, I've made it here. That's right, and that's not to say that there's anything wrong with us, but yeah, just to recognize that the peeling back can be really subtle sometimes as well.
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: You know, I think this is so beautiful, and I love how vulnerable you are in this because, you know, it's like the we think we've conquered the ego, and then it sneaks in there, you know, again, and we're like what I thought I dealt with that already, or whatever, and, and so it is sneaky. And I think this is part of many of our challenge that comes to the surfaces, the discernment of like. Is this coming in from my divine truth, or is this coming in from my ego self? And, you know, I was telling this story not too long ago. I remember when I had my holistic health company, and we were doing really well. I was growing the idea, the concept was wonderful. I can say it was brilliant because it came from God. It was brilliant and, and so I'm working in my girlfriend is like, you should go on Dragon's Den. Now, Dragon's Den is like the Shark Tank. It's like an investor group that you can go and be on TV and all that stuff. And I saw myself there, and I was like, That's it. I'm gonna do it. So I started thinking about it. I started feeling into it. I started taking action and going for auditions. I was doing all the right things. I went the first time got declined, second time declined, third time declined. I was so determined that this was something in my destiny. I went a fourth and fifth time, and I never made it. I never made it. And I remember going back and saying, Okay, I did everything right to manifest this experience. I saw the vision of it. How come it didn't come to fruition? And my Spirit said to me, were you making that decision out of your most aligned heart path, or were you making that decision out of ego? I wanted to be on TV. I wanted people to see all my success and how hard I had worked it was coming from ego. So of course, I couldn't manifest it, because it wasn't coming from the Divine space. And so I wanted to bring that story to the surface, because I think, as like you said, it can be so sneaky, we don't even know that it's the ego that's driving things sometimes, right, like it, we miss that right, and yet it's telling us all these stories, and we're so convinced that we're so right, but there's this opportunity, as you said, for us to lean into our heart, for us to go to the heart space, and to ask for that truth. And it's tricky. It takes practice, doesn't it?
Siddhi Shakti:Yes and, and I think your reflection of, why am I doing this? And I was that arose for me in this last month where I I've had a little bit more downtime over the sort of Christmas summer here in the south, in the southern hemisphere. And I, I was just reflecting on, am I doing that for all those things that you just identified? Or am I? Am I wanting to do that? Because it really lights me up, and what comes through is a connection to the to the infinite. And yeah, it's sneaky at times. It's like, yeah, I don't want to be seen. I want to be acknowledged. Oh, hang on a minute there. Yeah, too. Motivation.
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: I love that redirect of like, why am I doing this? Why am I choosing to do this next thing? Like, what? What's my why? And I think sometimes we get disconnected from that, you know, and if we get honest with ourselves about the why we're taking this opportunity, or stepping into that, or doing that, then it's a beautiful opportunity for us to make sure that we are dialed into this divine path. Because I know for sure that if we're on the divine path city, everything is supplied to me. If I'm dialed into that divine path, there is this constant flow of all the resources and all the opportunities that I need. And I think that is a wonderful place where we can do maybe some readjusting and say, oh, wait a second. Maybe it's not that, but maybe it's this, like slightly varied version of that, and we can allow ourselves that redirection to really stay the course, yeah,
Siddhi Shakti:yeah. And just you're saying, That reminded me that the allowing, with all of the the flow that is there, the allowing of that in, and it's like, oh, because I've been really conditioned to be striving and have a plan and be pushing, and I got to do this and that's really a lot about our cultural paradigms as well, that are, you know, you've got to do all of this stuff. And that's really a little bit contrary to the Hang on a minute. I'm going to be in the alignment, in the flow, and see where the energy is guiding me to go. And what might have been lit up two months ago may not now be left in the same.
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: Exactly. You know, there's, there's a saying yesterday's triumphant commitment may become today's heavy burden, right? The right? Because it's like, oh yeah, I want the thing. And then we step, like, that Dragon's Den thing. I was like, Oh yeah, I'm in it. I want it. You know, this is the path, and then as it carried forward, it was no longer serving me. In fact, it was taking away from me, right, all this work and all the energy that went into it. So I think this happens oftentimes, and one of the things that you and I discussed before we started recording was the power of our choice, that we have a choice, and we have a choice to say that's no longer in alignment for me, or that's in higher alignment for me, we have a choice. So can you speak to this idea that we really do have a choice in how we move through this world?
Siddhi Shakti:Yeah, like we we think that because we've set ourselves a direction sometimes, that we can't make that change because we've made commitments to other people or to ourselves, or somehow we're failing, or there's guilt, or there's expectations, and all of the shoulds and really, if we're here to be experiencing and growing and expressing our joy. That was something a spiritual master from the south of India said to me years ago, when I said, Well, I've got all of these things. What choice should I make? And the reply was, do, what brings you joy? Wow, that's it. It's so it's that simple. Like, where, where am I choosing in each day? Like, if I've, am I going to sit and play with my computer for hours, or am I going to make the choice to get out and get my feet on the earth and breathe, or do take a walk or connect with somebody that maybe needs an uplifting phone call. Or where are we spending our energy bank, if we have so many watts of energy in our system for the day, where are we choosing to spend it? And what's bringing us more upliftment, you know? And where can we adjust? Because in every moment we're spending, we just don't realize that we're spending.
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: Oh so true, right?
Siddhi Shakti:And some of those things are going to take us into more alignment and more energy, and some of those things are really going to be depleting to our spirit, yes. And then when we when we're responding to something. We don't always get to choose what is presenting in front of us, but we can choose how we are responding to that. You know, am I going to let that event where I'm stuck in traffic plummet my energy and vibration, or am I going to breathe and think about the things that I'm actually grateful for in my life, and, you know, maybe do some breath work or humming while I'm waiting, or whatever, you know, and you're like, choose to do in that moment that's going to affect our energy. Yes. Rip. From that, the ripples that we send out from our beacon of light. Yeah, that's an effect.
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: It sure does. And I love that we're putting this back in our power, right? One of the greatest gifts we have is the power of free will. This is our ability to choose. Like you said, I can choose how to show up in this moment, I can choose what to say. We have so much choice, you know, and yet, and yet, we kind of get stuck in this place feeling like we don't have a choice sometimes. But I really do believe there's always a choice, isn't there,
Siddhi Shakti:and if we just allow a little bit more space before we reply to something. So, you know, we often get triggered into a response, but if we make the space rather than the act, we can respond yes. And so that space of hang on a minute. I'm not I'm not at the mercy of everything that's going on around me. I'm not triggered by everything. I'm enough in my own alignment and energy that I can pause and feel into does this what is the highest choice I can make in this moment? Does this feel like something that's going to be uplifting? Yeah, does it weigh me down, or does it uplift me?
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: It really is, I think again, it goes back to that reflect, those reflective questions, you know, why am I saying yes? Why am I doing this thing? Why am I not doing this thing? And then you had mentioned, you know, one of your great teachers who said, you know, does it bring you joy? And I think so many of us aren't even asking ourselves that we're saying yes to all of these things and we're not even asking, Does that actually bring me joy?
Siddhi Shakti:Yeah, because we've gone into the should or the obligation, oh, that's the role that people see me in, so I have to show up. Yeah, yeah. Even to give yourself permission to say, You know what, I don't I don't want to go and do that thing that I always do, because I'd really like to just be at home in my garden and just go to whatever that event is and take yourself the time to recharge and reconnect and just be, you know, a lot of execs and senior people that one of the jobs that I Have, and a lot of them have those kind of pressures where they want to do stuff with their kids, as opposed to, you know, going to that function. And there's the expectation showing up like that. And I think, gosh, we're probably all a little bit playing that game, you know, if I could just give ourselves permission, yes, actually be authentic to say, Yeah, I don't really want to. I don't really want to turn up at that function and have some meaningless conversation. I'd like to be in the park. I would like to be at the beach or in the forest.
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: I think I don't know. I'm going to encourage people to give it a try, because, you know, they have this thing called Jomo now, instead of FOMO the fear of missing out, now it's Jomo the joy of missing out.
Siddhi Shakti:Oh, I didn't know that that is that
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: fun. So, like, I have Jomo now, like I say no to stuff now that normally I would have felt so obligated to go to and now I can create the space for myself to be or to nurture, whatever I need to nurture. So it's a wonderful opportunity for us to lean into creating more of that space like you talked about, to be able to make more aligned decisions for our spirit, for our souls.
Siddhi Shakti:Yeah, I don't mind thinking that you're not actually doing in inverted commas, anything except being right, staring at the trees or just be enough, right? Yeah? Because we're so in that conditioning of doing, being productive,
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: being doing, going, going, going, yeah, yeah.
Siddhi Shakti:So where is the space for that, that soul connection to be more present and your heart connection.
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: Well, you know, this is a story of my life, because I was an overachiever. So I was Go, go, go, force, force, force, force, hustle, hustle, hustle. Like that was the name of the game for me. And what I found was happening in that life was that I was missing all of the joy. I was missing these golden moments of divine intuition coming in, because I was so busy I couldn't even hear it. Do you know what I mean? And because I had such tunnel vision, even if I did hear it, I probably wasn't going to listen, because I was on the path, you know. And so I think this is the story for a lot of us, and I've had to work on, you know, shifting my perception about how I am worthy, understanding that my worthiness is innately given. But I also had to work on shifting my vibration, and I know this is one of the big things that you work on with people. So can you talk about, why is it important for us to share. Shift our vibration. What's the point of shifting the vibration? And how do we shift our vibration?
Siddhi Shakti:Right? So we've all had, let's use that traffic stuck in traffic experience. So I'm sure we've all had an experience where it's like, oh man, here. You know this is going to take forever, and you can watch your energy plunge, and maybe that then affects the rest of your day, where you've had a shitty day in traffic, and the things that you then experience, if you stay in that state, can add to that experience of stress.
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: It's like getting into the wrong side of the bed, you know it's like, and then the day ripples, I spill the coffee, I get stuck in traffic. I better, right?
Siddhi Shakti:Yes, exactly, versus maybe the experience you've had when you're on a holiday so you're in some beautiful zone where you're just so lit up, and then it's like, people are, I don't know, the amazing cart part opens up for you, or somebody buys you a coffee, or some or the thing that you want is right there in front of you. Or it's on special when you go to the shops, like it's a totally different version, totally reality that you interact when you're in a higher state of energy and violation and more allowing in that it's like, oh, I think I'll just go down to wherever, and the person that you were wanting to meet is there, and you didn't even have to plan it to say, Hey, I'd love to catch up, because they're right there. You know, like, it's a different version of reality that we're interacting with, yeah, that's based on our vibratory experience, yeah, and so to shift, to do things that support us to come into a shift in our vibration and our level of awareness and expand our consciousness and our perception is is so powerful, like It's beyond anything of the physical. You know, the things where we're spending our money or our time and our energy, yeah, it put it into the things of the physical. Or we could cultivate more of that inner resource that will will really serve us in a much more lasting way, you know, probably beyond the confines of this lifetime that we're adding to the the light within, really, as we expand and elevate. And so some of the things that can support that. So the I work with a mode of energy healing, or a mode of working with some trauma releases. So the things that we've experienced that are templated into our nervous system or our energy centers, we don't have to stay stuck in that. There are ways and methods to unlock what has been held as a pattern or our belief system around something, so we can actually free ourselves. We don't have to hold ourselves in that box of well, this is what happened to me, and this is, I can't change that now, right? Yeah. I also work with sound, because that is, I love it, because it goes beyond our concepts of language, and it gets in and gets into the cells, into our energy pathways, energy centers. I work a lot with Sanskrit sounds as well, and that is an energetic language, and it vibrates our whole system, the Marama points, the chakra petals. And we can working with those sounds really start to elevate ourselves and to attune. So it's a process of attuning to more of the self, the higher self that's within. So it's like to use a musical analogy where just that tuning, so anything that's a little bit static or out of tune or discordant, to your unique frequency, to your unique expression starts to just gently fade away. It's like we're we're redialing the radio, you know, to come into my because we're all unique, unique in our expression, unique in our sound. And so the power of sound to just drop us inwards, to relax, amazing benefits for the nervous system. Some of these sounds start to flood your body with feel good chemicals, so you can really start to just alter your state internally.
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: I just love this so much because I think people have a misconception that if they're going to do any healing work, or they're going to work on themselves, that it has to be this arduous, awful, ugly process. And although, if we've had trauma and we're moving some root cause and we're healing certain aspects, sure there will be some of that, but I I feel like it doesn't always have to be that way. What's your kind of perception of that? Like, do you think that healing can be. Easier than we make it sometimes. Do you think we self induce some of the suffering in the healing?
Siddhi Shakti:Think we do? You know, I think it's like I've been working on myself for many years now, and sometimes some of the support and the healings that I've received have just felt miraculous. It was like, what that's lifted gone
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: amazing, and it's that you didn't have to bawl your eyes out for 10 hours.
Siddhi Shakti:No, they have been like, I think about some of the people that I've worked with with trauma release process, and sometimes there are tears, but it's like the relief of the heart opening, because there's meridians between the heart and, you know, the eyes, and so it's, it's like, oh my god, the relief of letting that stuff go brings tears, because it's allowing and opening. And so we sometimes hold so much in the energy of the body that, you know, the mechanism of allowing that to release is something to be not feared. I think, I think we have a bit of anxiety about, oh, I don't, I don't want to be seen as weak or vulnerable or but the cost of holding all of that in to our spirit is just enormous. It actually takes an enormous amount of energy. And so sometimes when I'm working, I've worked with people and, you know, they feel at the end of a session, sometimes tired, and I was only saying to people earlier this week, you just need to have a little rest, because it's like trying to hold a ball under water. You've used all of this energy to stuff all of this emotion and stuff down in your system to stop yourself feeling it. You've probably spent a lot of energy trying to keep yourself distracted or busy or medicating with food or drink or whatever, because we're trying to hide from that discomfort and disquiet within and so when we finally just go, You know what, I'm gonna walk through that, I'm gonna let that go, and it's safe for me to do that ultimate
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: freedom. Yeah, to me, that's ultimate freedom. And, you know, I was that person that hid all that stuff, you know, I stuffed grief away, I stuffed anger away. I couldn't be angry. I'm too nice to be angry, you know, like all of these stories, right? And so, so I get that and, and it became heavier for me, you know, it became denser as I continued to carry it until I was, you know, really, really willing, you know, I resisted going inward. You know, I did everything I could to keep myself distracted going inward and and I think you know, it's not about outside here. It's about this inner relationship, like you said, it's about really allowing this light that we are to be a full, true expression of ourselves.
Siddhi Shakti:And sometimes life knocks to get your attention right, and it knocks in ways that we think are really inconvenient to our plans. Yeah, right. So people, it's either, you know, people get sick, or there's some major, you know, grief based event or depression, or, you know, death, all of these things that arise, these speed bumps to make us go, hang on. I can't, I can't live my life in autopilot, just focused on what I thought was the thing. There's something that's happening to make me question who I am and what's going on. And again, I get to see that a lot with some of the people I work with, because they're very successful in the external world. You know, they've got all the markers there of, well, I've done this and, you know, like, I follow the plan, and I've got the good job and the good house and the great marriage.
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: I did all the right things.
Siddhi Shakti:Yeah, totally. And we, I mean, I think, you know, there's enough information now coming out on, you know, so many different channels and things that people go on these journeys, right? We get to, we get to wake up, and we can sort of choose again, am I going to embrace this and go, Yep, I'm going for it, or am I going to resist it? And life comes along to get your attention again, right?
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: Continue knocking us sometimes harder knocks than others. Yeah,
Siddhi Shakti:it's like, oh, please it be right
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: yeah. Well, I have loved this conversation, but you have an extra special treat for us, and you are going to play some sound for us as we kind of finish off today. So we're going to take a few minutes, folks, if you want to get relaxed and comfortable, if you're listening into the podcast, if you can position yourself so that you can receive this, we're going to just have city take it away. And she's going to share some beautiful vibrational music with us.
Siddhi Shakti:Okay, so this is a very, very simple experience that I'm looking to share with you now about the power of your own sound to affect a vibrational change within your being very, very simple. So I'm just going to start a drone here. Just let me know whether you can hear that at your end and still hear my voice. Fantastic. Okay, so wherever you are, hopefully not driving a car, this would not be a good thing, but can listen back to this when you're in a beautiful space, able to relax. So wherever you are, feel your connection with the earth, whether that's feet on the floor, or that you feel your connection through the sit bones, or if you're lying down, just feel you feel the support that's there for you, allowing your breath to start to slow down a little bit more. Consciously, try breathing right into the lower belly, like you're insulating a balloon, and then let the air come up right the way to the top of your lungs, bringing more oxygen through your system. Notice the pause points in your breathing, at the top of the breath and at the bottom of the breath, like the tide turning. Notice there's a little moment before the flow changes. We can drop into those spaces. I'd like you to see if you can extend your exhalation to be a little bit longer than your inhaled. So you could try in for the count of three and then out for the count of six, see if that feels comfortable. You could work with two, four, if that's easier, but extending the exhale, let it signal now to your mind and to your nervous system that this is an opportunity now For a really deep let go deep relaxation, softening and I'm going to invite you to join me if you feel able. In a very simple sound, it's a hum. It's with your lips together. Your tongue is nice and relaxed on the floor of your mouth. We're not pushing. We're not ex intending to sing out into the room. It's more that we're saying hello to ourselves internally, feeling the vibration that will start to resonate within your be like you're saying hello to every cell, the miracle that is you all of those pathways. So it's going to sound like this. So we're going to just do a few of those. But before we start, just imagine doing a scan through your body, your mind, your spirit, and just notice how you feel right now. Whatever is alive in you, noticing without any kind of judgment, and now breathe right into the lower belly when you're able, just nice and gently. Hey. It's working with your own capacity of breath. It won't necessarily match what I'm doing, but do what is right for you, because this practice is about deep listening, inner listening, and starting to come into the alignment that is you, honoring what is alive in you. Same sound, breathe into the belly, bring the oxygen through your system and. As we make that sound, you might be noticing a little vibration or buzz through the front of your face. This sound is helping to activate through the sinuses. Feel good. Chemical that gets generated in the body, nitric oxide. Amazing Benefits, heart health, immune health, stress relief, same sound, breathe in. A imagine that you can soften through the shoulders, putting down any burdens, letting it all start to melt as the cells within your being vibrate. Let anything that is out of attunement, out of alignment, gently melt like butter, melting down and out, letting it Go. One last sound. Breathe in, in the lying in. I actually do just one more, and this time, I'd like you to imagine that you are sending love to every cell in your being with your own sound, acknowledging the beauty that is you, the love and the light that is you, the uniqueness that is you. Imagine this energy coming from your heart and just flooding through your whole system. Breathe in imagine yourselves drinking that in and let the breath be slow and deep, sending a wave of gratitude through your being for the many miracles of grace that touch you, whether that is the beauty of Nature, amazing people, amazing opportunities for sharing your gifts, whatever it is, your cells come alive with that love. I'm gonna fade the sound out just allowing yourself to listen inwards, feeling for the silence, of noticing how you are, what it feels like in your system, and when you feel ready, starting to gently bring a little bit more movement back into the fingers and the toes and coming back in your own time.
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: Oh, what a beautiful gift that was. I could hear myself saying, Thank you, thank you. This is what you needed today. That's what I did so much so they're rejoicing. Uh, you know, just so, you know, it's been a very hectic last little bit here, and lots of moving parts. And so even today, I was feeling like, oh my god, I have so many things to do, and there's all this overwhelm circling around me, and now I just feel complete peace,
Siddhi Shakti:isn't that incredible? And that's, I don't even know that we were doing that for five
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: like, what was that five? Yeah, 510, minutes. That's all it takes.
Siddhi Shakti:So that is such a powerful tool for people to shift their vibration, because just five minutes of that simple hum doesn't have to be that you have the instrument that I have, but put your favorite song on and just hum, and that can drop you inwards and regulate
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: the huh, and has no idea the power of a hum. Look at that. You learn something new every day. So, oh, this has been such a gift. Thank you so much for crazing us with your light today. You know, I suspect there's going to be some people that are like craving some city here. So how can they connect with you? And I think you have a couple special gifts for people.
Siddhi Shakti:Yeah, in the show notes for today, there'll be a coupon. So if people connect with me on Instagram, I'll be able to message them a deal for a one on one session. I work with a range of modalities that you know will help shift stuck energy, you know, patterns of distress or challenging memories of trauma, or if you want to go into more one on one with sound, I work with a particular mode to activate the body of sound, which is a really amazing, beautiful experience. So that through Instagram, and I'm also going to do a special group sound session for your listeners, which I'll program a little time after this podcast goes live. So the notes there.
Siddhi Shakti:Rev. Rose Hope: Yes, that'll be in the notes for all of you. Oh my gosh. What lucky guests we have to receive those gifts. So that'll all be in the show notes.
